Sebastien Loeb leads into final day of Rally Argentina

Sebastien Loeb will lead Rally Argentina by 7.2 seconds when the final leg commences on Sunday morning after an uneventful run through the superspecial that closed Saturday night's action

Although day three kicks off with the challenge of the mammoth 65-kilometre Matadero-Ambul stage, Loeb looks secure in the lead with Citroen having asked him and second-placed team-mate Mikko Hirvonen to hold station given the lack of threat from behind.

Dani Sordo (Ford) and Mads Ostberg (Adapta Ford) remain third and fourth, ahead of Martin Prokop's Czech Ford and the Volkswagen-entered S2000 Skodas of Sebastien Ogier and Andreas Mikkelsen.

Citroen Junior's Thierry Neuville took the second stage win of his World Rally career on the superspecial, and has a shot at catching the Skodas on Sunday.

The only position change on the six-kilometre evening stage was Petter Solberg (Ford) moving ahead of Armindo Araujo's Portugal Mini to take ninth.
