KV Racing signs Sebastian Saavedra for 2014 IndyCar season

Sebastian Saavedra will be reunited with former Dragon Racing team-mate Sebastien Bourdais in 2014 after being confirmed as the driver of KV Racing Technology's second car

The Colombian will drive the #17 entry, which will be jointly run by AFS Racing. He will compete under the banner of KV AFS.

"I am very thankful to be part of a great project that we have been working on for a good while now," said Saavedra.

"Seeing the AFS car back in action and with a great partnership with KV Racing Technology is something that brings a lot of excitement.

"All of this gives me great confidence to push not only my limits, but the team's too.

"It's also great to be back working with Bourdais. I believe we have unfinished business out there."

The upcoming season will be the 23-year-old's third in IndyCar, and second successive year as team-mate to Bourdais.
