Auto GP to race alongside WTCC, ELMS and DTM in 2014
Auto GP organisers have announced that the series will race alongside the World Touring Car Championship, DTM and European Le Mans Series in 2014
Live television coverage on Eurosport of the championship's eight rounds has also been confirmed.
As was the case last year, the Coloni-run single-seater series will headline the WTCC support package at the beginning of the season.
After these three rounds, the championship moves to Monza in June, scene of the 2013 season-opener, where it will race alongside the Italian GT championship.
Following a meeting organised with the ELMS at Spielberg in July, Auto GP renews its August DTM date at the Nurburgring. The partnership with the DTM commenced in 2013.
The date and location of the final two rounds of the 2014 calendar have yet to be finalised.
Series boss Enzo Coloni said: "Auto GP is very pleased to continue the collaboration with the WTCC, a consistent partnership that has enabled our drivers to race in an excellent environment and with spectacular crowds over the last few years.
"The same goes for the DTM. We started cooperating with them last season and we look forward to a successful path for the future.
"For the first time we will also line-up together with the ELMS championship.
"We will shortly announce the two final round of the season and there might be some great surprises coming..."
